This is a stiff, stable and weatherly yacht that rewards good sail trim but doesn’t demand a lot of effort from the crew and tracks perfectly straight even in strong, gusty winds. Unique Contemporary Style
The striking silhouette of the GT6, styled by Studio F. A. Porsche, is a wellbalanced combination of sharp, distinctive lines and soft, sculpted curves – it’s guaranteed to stand out from the crowd of average white boats and will turn heads in any harbour. The exterior design combines minimalism with dynamics, bringing sailors closer
to nature. Some elements of the stunning cockpit design are inspired by the aerodynamics of iconic sports cars while others such as the steering pedestals and ‘floating’ stern take their design cues from nature, inspired by seagull wings and stingray fins. Studio F. A. Porsche is a longstanding partner of Elan’s ski-making division, but this is the iconic design firm’s first ever sailing yacht.
